We are an environmentally sustainable plastics processor, manufacturing with non-petrochemical resources and a variety of post-consumer and recycled plastics.
We have an in-house team of expert designers who specialise in all aspects of sustainable design and can provide specialty design services to realise any project, big or small.
We work with clients to asses the life cycle impact of their project on the environment and how to reduce detrimental impact. In addition to complete design services, we can also take existing designs straight to the moulding process.

Capabilities
We are contract injection moulders who can assist you with all stages of your project from design through to production, design, CAD modelling, part analysis, and optimisation.
Our current capacity is based on seven 250 tonne injection moulding machines. We can mould your parts using existing tooling or help you source the best tooling to suit your needs.

A leading electronics company and manufactuer in information technology products including audio, video, and communication. Best Practice Plastics made their CCTV Shell, which was designed by Vert Design . The redesign involved making several electronic components including surveillance and electronic broadcast equipment for the medical industry. Since production commenced in early February 2010, the product has experienced high demand and will be distributed to international markets such as, Indonesia, Malaysia and Germany.

A global leading nutrition, health, and wellness company. Nestle have a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and reducing their environmental footprint. We have injection moulded particular products for Nestle including dog bowls, collars and dog leads. They will be out in pet stores soon! The products are recyclable and have been designed with a strong consideration for ergonomics and dog needs.

We were involved in developing and producing the range of high quality polycarbonate pints for Stella Artois and Fosters Group.
