What we do?
We are specialists in the injection moulding of sustainable materials. We are an environmentally sustainable plastics processor who manufacture using non-petrochemical resources and a range of post consumer/ recycled plastics. We have an in-house team of expert designers who specialise in all aspects of sustainable design and can provide specialty design services to realise any project, big or small. We work with clients to asses the life cycle impact of their project on the environment and how to reduce detrimental impact. In addition to complete design services, we can also take existing designs straight to the moulding process.

Capabilities
We are contract injection moulders who can assist you with all stages of your project through from design through to production, design, CAD modelling, part analysis, and optimisation. Our current capacity is based on 7 x 250 tonne injection moulding machines. We can mould your parts using existing tooling or help you source the best tooling to suit your needs. currently finalising the design of a new plastic sample. The sample as well as detailed data sheets will be available for order through this site by the end of July. The samples hel to move accurately show the properties of different types of plastics on the market. We will also be providing a range of 'eco samples' showcasing some of the cutting edge developments of green plastics.

Best Practice Plastics made their CCTV Shell, which was designed by Vert Design . The redesign involved making several electronic components including surveillance and electronic broadcast equipment for the medical industry. Since production commenced in early February 2010, the product has experienced high demand and will be distributed to international markets such as, Indonesia, Malaysia and Germany.

We have injection moulded particular products for Nestle including dog bowls, collars and dog leads. They will be out in pet stores soon! The products are recyclable and have been designed with a strong consideration for ergonomics and dog needs.
